  1. How long does it take to 3D print an object?

    Each of our products are made to order but are usually made within 24hrs. Depending on the workload, this may take a little longer.

  2. How long will it take to receive my product?

    The average wait time is 2 days nationwide.

  3. What materials can be used for 3D printing?

    We use many materials such as PLA, PETG and ABS but have settled on a plastic that is both heat resistant and flexible.

  4. Can I provide my own 3D model for printing, or do you offer design services?

    Yes, of course! Contact us and we can work on something together.

  5. Are there any limitations or restrictions on what can be 3D printed?

    Yes, our 3D printer has a printing area of 220 x 220 x 250mm (L x W x H).
  6. What is your refund or return policy?

    If in the rare case that a product does not fit, please contact us and we can make a custom piece specific to your needs or issue a refund if the fault is on our end and you do not wish to replace it.

    This option is available for 7 days after delivery. A 35% re-stock fee applies plus the shipping fee of the product and the booking returned to us.
